Keeping Seniors Active
Balance, Mobility, and Fall Prevention Through Gentle Movement
Beyond our work in durable medical equipment, our co-owner, Jaimee, teaches senior yoga classes at assisted living facilities and senior daycare centers, as part of our broader commitment to keeping seniors active and mobile.
These classes are designed specifically for older adults; gentle, accessible, and adaptable to any mobility level, whether standing, seated, or working from a wheelchair. No experience necessary. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to move, breathe, and feel a little better than when class started.
Why Movement Matters
A regular gentle yoga practice can help with:
- Balance and fall prevention
- Joint mobility and flexibility
- Strength and stability
- Stress relief and better sleep
- Mood, focus, and a sense of connection with others

Meet the Instructor

Jaimee, co-owner of ACE Medical CA, is a legacy Lululemon Ambassador with nearly 20 years of personal yoga practice and about 10 years of teaching experience, including guiding classes for seniors at assisted living communities and daycare programs.
Jaimee has helped expand ACE Meidcal CA, founded by her mother in Hawaii 1995, because of a simple belief: everyone, no matter their age or stage of life, deserves to feel cared for and empowered. That same belief is what led her to teaching yoga, and continues to guide how she shows up for every class.
"I love teaching yoga because it lets me help people feel strong and capable in their own bodies, wherever they are in life. Whether someone is just starting out or navigating the challenges that come with getting older, I want them to leave class feeling a little more empowered than when they walked in. That's what I hope to keep doing for as many people, in as many stages of life, as I can."
